The iconic fashion firm Karl Lagerfeld is landing on the Marbella Golden Mile to launch a super-exclusive and, best of all, hyper-sustainable architectural project: Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella.
The brick business has a new competitor on the Costa del Sol as of today. It will occupy a total of 9,670m2, distributed in five villas of between 660m2 and 845m2 each.
They will be built, together with the Spanish developer Sierra Blanca Estates and with the support of The One Atelier, with low carbon emissions and covering patios and roofs with vegetation.
They will also have rainwater recovery tanks, solar panels, a bike path to the beach… and all with the best noble and latest generation materials, such as black and white terrazzo flooring, to make a nod to Lagerfeld’s colors. The price? Only available upon request.
