After its official presentation last September 2023 at a joint event in Marbella, aimed at the most important clients of both companies, Dolce&Gabbana and Sierra Blanca Estates began the marketing process of Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella, the first residential project of the prestigious Italian fashion brand in Europe and one of the first of its kind to be presented in the world.

With a special focus on a specific number of units, preferentially destined to the most exclusive and VIP clients for both companies, the joint project between the fashion brand founded by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in 1984 and the Marbella developer, leader in the segment of branded Real Estate projects in Spain, has just updated sales worth 250 million euros since the official announcement of the collaboration between the two companies.

Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will house a carefully selected collection of luxury residences built in an innovative complex, equipped with large spaces oriented to fashion, art, leisure and gastronomy, located in the exclusive Golden Mile of Marbella, one of the residential poles that best represent the international interest that large projects and luxury brands have placed in the Costa del Sol as a destination for the development of their most qualitative initiatives in the world.

Definition of every detail, close brand-promoter cooperation

From now on, the project enters a new commercial stage, while both companies continue to work side by side in the definition of new technical aspects and brand experiences for future owners and visitors to the complex, with a new step in the marketing process of Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella, opening to a much broader base of buyers who, to date, have not had the opportunity to know the various types and price range of the project, which start from 4 million euros.

Key dates

With 2026 as the target year for the completion of the project, Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana has already begun its journey, at the end of 2023, by starting the first land development works on the plot, of more than 90,000m2 and a longitudinal extension of 500 meters along a hill with an average elevation of 40 meters above sea level, which will host the future residential complex. Likewise, Sierra Blanca Estates expects to obtain the building license in the fall of 2024 with the objective of beginning the construction process of the first phase of the project, which will also house the first of the pilot homes in 2025.

Branded residences, universal distinction

Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will give life to a complex that will feature five imposing, pure and modern buildings, surrounded by lush gardens and outdoor infinity pools. All the residences of the project will have a square footage between 280 and 900m2 with up to five bedrooms and will be fully furnished with exclusive Dolce&Gabbana Casa creations.

As both companies were able to announce during the presentation of the project, some of the main features of these luxury apartments will be the master bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms with sea view; massage and make-up rooms; large living and dining rooms that open on private outdoor spaces with sea view; rooftop terraces with swimming pools and solariums; staff quarters; entertainment rooms; exclusive home automation to connect the house 24/7 with the complex’s concierge and hospitality staff. Additionally, the majority of the residences will have fully private or semi-private elevator access.

 

Residential, commercial, artistic and leisure-gastronomic project

The common spaces and areas of Design Hills will conceptualize a portfolio of amenity services that will associate the residential experience of its future owners, and the visitors of its public spaces, to the one of the best luxury hotels in the world: a true hallmark of the projects promoted by Sierra Blanca Estates in recent years.

Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will host high-performance sports facilities both outdoors and indoors; paddle tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor wood gym, boxing ring for adults and children, exclusive areas for meditation, yoga and pilates, golf simulators, indoor basketball courts, as well as the first indoor 5×5 artificial turf soccer field in Marbella. The complex will also have its own SPA equipped with a wellness center, water circuit, beauty center, hairdresser and barbershop.

Residents will also become members of the private club where the hospitality team will develop an exclusive range of services, from a cinema room to a bar and cocktail area; wine and cigar cellar; private meeting and conference rooms equipped with screens, a library area and multipurpose rooms to host celebrations and private events. Design Hills will also cater to the needs of the youngest members of the family by hosting its own Kids Club with a toy library, educational rooms and private lessons, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor playground area, and even its own camping area where the little ones can take advantage of Marbella’s year-round warm temperatures.

Always paying great attention to details, the project will also take into account the pets of the owners and residents of the complex by designing a whole set of areas for dog-walking, as well as areas for pet supplies and spaces for their care.

The joint project between Dolce&Gabbana and Sierra Blanca Estates will also have its own Pool Club, which, once opened, is expected to be one of the main attractions for visitors to Marbella every season. The establishment will have a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, a heated pool inside, a solarium area with private beds and sun loungers and even its own ice-cream parlor in food-truck format in the purest Italian style.

Completing the offer open to all visitors, Design Hills will host its own commercial boulevard bringing together the best international luxury commercial brands, as well as multiple signature restaurants, cafes and other gastronomic establishments.
